Eligible preference returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with original packaging and included parts. Customers pay preference-return postage; no restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods receive an appropriate remedy without additional cost. Necessary return shipping for merchant errors is covered by us.

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Approved refunds without a return are issued within 5–10 business days after approval.
